Word 9 is an educational reading and vocabulary tool. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and use the service lawfully.
You keep your rights in text and images you import. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it. Do not upload unlawful content or content that violates another person's rights. Word 9 may process and store your content only as needed to provide reading, sync, translation, and requested Details & Examples.
OCR, translations, definitions, explanations, and examples can contain errors. Review important information independently. Word 9 is not professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
Word 9 Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The localized price and period appear before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Apple manages renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing. You can restore purchases in Word 9 and manage or cancel the subscription in Apple subscription settings. Deleting your Word 9 account does not itself cancel Apple billing.
We may maintain, secure, change, or discontinue the service where reasonably necessary. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use. You may stop using Word 9 or permanently delete your account in the app.
The App Store version is licensed, not sold. Unless App Store Connect specifies a valid custom EULA, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license.
